Trader Trainee Program

Geneva Trading is currently seeking bright minded graduates with a competitive drive, entrepreneurial spirit and passion for trading to join our Trader Trainee Program. This rigorous training program is designed to prepare and develop the trader trainee to become a full time trader at Geneva Trading, employing both proprietary and self-developed techniques.

Through readings, research, technical studies, and simulated trading, trainees with little or no trading experience are given the necessary tools to become exceptional traders. The training program may tailor itself to the individual’s educational background, allowing them to exploit the full potential of knowledge they’ve gained.

This highly selective program seeks individuals possessing a Bachelors degree in Finance, Engineering, Economics, or related field. Strong computer and quantitative skills are among the characteristics we look for in a trainee candidate.
